Dear Sir: Enclosed find a copy of notice of sale of the real property, in re Latourell estate, which may take place at any time after may 29th, as you will note. Now, I am presuming that you have returned from California , although I have not yet seen you.
I dare say that all those who purchased property at former sale, will again take the same lot, and the same price, as before. Yours very truly, Oliver M. Hickey.

Notice of Administrator's sale of real property at private sale.
Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an order of the Circuit Court of the County of Multnomah, State of Oregon, Department of Probate, made on the 20th day of April, 1920, in the matter of the Estate of Grace Latourell, Deceased, the undersigned, the administrator of the Estate of Grace Latourell, deceased, will sell at the private sale in one or more parcels to the highest bidder upon the terms and conditions herein after mentioned, and subject to confirmation by said Circuit Court, on or after Saturday, the 29th day of May, 1920, all the right, title, interest and estate of the said Grace Latourell, deceased, at the time of her death and all the right, title, and interest that the said estate has by operation of law or otherwise acquired other than or in addition to that of said deceased at the time of her death, of, in and to those certain lots, pieces or parcels of land situated, lying and being in the County of Multnomah, State of Oregon, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Lots three (3), four (4), five (5), six (6), seven (7), eight (8), nine (9), ten (10), thirteen (13), fourteen (14), eighteen (18), twenty (20), twenty-one (21), twenty-two (22), twenty-three (23), twenty-four (24), twenty-seven (27), twenty-eight (28), twenty-nine (29), thirty (30), thirty-one (31), thirty-two (32), thirty-three (33), thirty-four (34), Block five (5), Lot one (1), two (2), three (3), four (4), five (5), six (6), and the south one-half (S 1/2) of block numbered six (6); all of block numbered seven (7), Lots two (2), nine (9), ten (10), eleven (11), and twelve (12), in block numbered eight (8) in Latourell Falls.
Terms and conditions of sale, cash in lawful money of the United States: 10 percent of the purchase money to be paid at the time of sale, balance in the confirmation of sale. In case a cash sale cannot be procured, then on such terms of credit as said administrator may be deem for the best interest of said estate, subject to confirmation by said court.
Bids or offers must be in writing and may be left at the office of Oliver M. Hickey, attorney for said administrator, at the northwestern National Bank Building, Portland, Oregon, or may be delivered to said administrator personally at Gresham, Oregon; or may be filed in the office of the clerk of said court at any time after the first publication of this notice and before the making of said sale. Date of first publication April 24, 1920.
