I certify that the within instrument of writing was received for record on the 14th day of sept. at 11.10 O'clock am., 189(crossed out) 1901 and is recorded on page 388, in book 280 record or deeds of said county. witness my hand and seal of said county affixed. This certifies that on this the 6 day of may A.D. 189 (crossed out) 1901 before me, the undersigned, a Notary Public in and for said county and state, personally, appeared the within named Theresa Retzlaff to me known to be the individual described in and who executed the within conveyance, and acknowledged to me that she executed the same; and the said __ wi of said __ being by me examined, separated and apart form __ said husband then and there acknowledged to me that __ executed such conveyance freely and voluntarily, and without fear, coercion or compulsion from any one.

Form 117- Warranty Deed
Know all men by these presents, that I, Theresa Ratzlaff, a widow of Gresham Oregon in consideration of One Hundred (100) Dollars to me paid by P. W. Paylor his heirs and assigns all the following described real property situated in the county of Multnomah and State of Oregon, All of Lot no. One (1) in Block no. Eight (8) in Latourell Falls as per plot of pencil tower in recorder office in pencil county and State. Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and also all my estate, right, title and interest in and to the same including dower and claim of dower. To have and to hold the above described and granted premises unto the said P. W. Paylor his heirs and assigns forever. And I, Theresa Ratzlaff, the granted above named grantee above named do covenant to with P. W. Paylor the above named grantee his heirs and assigns, that the above granted premises are free from all incumerance and that I will and my heirs, executors and administrators, shall warrant and forever defend the above granted premises and convey part and parcel thereof against the lawful claims and demands of all persons whomever.
