Prescribed by State Board of Accounts State (Blank) Form No. 18. Cause No. 3818 Appraiser's Notice. In the Circuit Count, County of Carroll State of Indiana. In the matter of the Estate of June Heiney. Wm. B. Burford, Printer, Indianapolis.
To Elizabeth Latourell. You will please take notice that by virtue of an order of Hon. B. F. Carn. Judge of Circuit Court of Carroll County, State of Indiana. Dated the 13 day of April, 1920 and pursuant to section 14 of the Inheritance Tax Law of the State of Indiana, approved February 28, 1913, and the acts amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto, I shall on the 1" day of June, 1920, at 10 O'clock am at Co. Assessor's office of Indiana proceed to appraise., at its market value at the time of the decedent's death, all the property of said descendants passing by his last will and testament, or by the Intestate Laws of the State, and all property transferred within two years of decedent's death, which is subject to the payment of the tax imposed by law.
