McRobert, Husband and Wife of the County of Multnomah and State of Oregon hereinafter called the Second Party, Witnesseth, That in consideration of the stipulations herein contained, and the payments to be made as hereinafter specified, the First Party agrees to sell, and the Second Party agrees to purchase the following described real estate, situated in the County of Multnomah, State of Oregon, to-wit: The following described real property in Sec. 10, Township 1 South, Range 3 East of Willamette Meridian; Beginning at the most westerly corner of that certain tract of land conveyed to John Rometsch by deed recorded March 17, 1906 in book 357, page 31, Deed Records, which point is South 69' 59' West along the South line of West Powell Blvd., 37 feet from from intersection of the South line of West Powell Blvd. with the West line of South Main Avenue in the City of Gresham; thence South 69'59' West along the South line of the John Rometsche Tract to the most southernly corner thereof; thence north 19'01' west 56.72 feet to the place of beginning;
