Letter reads,
Circuit Court,
seventh Judicial District
Fred W. Wilson, Judge
The Dalles, Oregon Jan. 15th 1920.
Dear Friends,
Your letter with its inclosure of $200 is duly received and I am much obliged. This letter will act as a receipt and I have also given proper credit.
With reference to the deed of the Mosier property I remember /charlie showing it to me once but I do not remember whether he left it in my office or not. There were so many papers left with me that when I moved up to the court house they were put away. When I get some time I will try and look and see if I can find it. However, it does not make any difference anyways about the deed as it was recorded in the office of the county clerk. I looked this morning and find that it is recorded on page 15 of volume $45 of the deed records if the county clerks office and can be seen there anytime. If at anytime you want a description of the property let me know and I can easily send you one.
We are having some beautiful weather up here and it does not seen like winter at all but there is plenty of time yet.
With best wishes for you both,
Your Friend, Fred Wilson.
P.S. With reference to the Balona in the First National Bank, The bank has applied that on the note it held against the Peoples Navigation Co.
