Agreement of Mortgage
Know all men by these presents that Mrs. Hilda E. Wing of Washougal, Washington, Party of the first part. for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred and thirty four dollars and fifty cents ($234.50) to her in hand paid by Henry A. Latourelle/, the party of the second part, of Gresham, Oregon, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does by these pressents asssign and tranfer unto said party of the second part a certain indenture of mortgage bearing date to the first day of september, 1916, and made and executed by Grace Latourelle/ to said party of the first part and recorded in the office of the County Auditor of Clark County, State of Washington in volume 118 at page 588 there of, Records of mortgages of said county together with the promissory note therein described and the money due and to grow therein with interest.
And the said party of the first part does hereby consitute and appoint the party of the second part her attorney in fact irrevocable in her name or otherwise but at teh cost of the said party of the second part to have, use and make all lawful means for the recovery of said money and interest and in case of payment to discharge the same as fully as the said party of the first part might or could do if these presents were not made. Dated this 9th day of Feburary, 1920. Signed Hilda E. Wing.
