Probate for the will and estate of Henry A. Latourell (deceased). (Duplicate of 72.80.6G) Probate reads; URS Rev. 1-18-56 Probate. United Stated Department of Interior Office of the Regional Solicitor. In the matter of the Estate of Henry A. Latourell (deceased), Yakima September 2, 1958.Notice of hearing to determine heirs or probate will and notice to creditors. Elizabeth Latourell, Cascade Locks, Oregon, Charles Latourell, Do, Eva Larson, Do, Hollis Woodward, Box III, Harrah, Wash., for his minor children. Notice is hereby given that on October 22, 1958, at 10 am at Indian Agency, Toppenish, Washington I will take testimony and receive evidence for the purpose of determining the heirs, or probating the will if a will be found of Henry A. Latourell and to consider creditors claims. If sufficient reason appears, the examiner of inheritance, in his discretion, may continue the hearing to another time and place to be announced at the hearing. All persons having an interest in the estate of the above-named decedent, and all creditors having claims against said estate, are hereby notified to be present at the hearing and furnish such evidence as they desire. Persons interested in the estate as probable heirs should make sure there are also present at the hearing at least two disinterested witnesses who know and can testify as to the family history of the decedent and the relationship of such probable heirs to the decedent. This hearing is to be held pursuant to the act of June 25, 1910 (36 stat. 855), as amended by the act of February 14, 1913 (37 stat. 678), and the Probate Regulations of the Department of Interior, code of Federal Regulations, Title 25, Chapter I, subchapter J, Part 81.
