Fields, county clerk and ex-officio recorder of conveyance, in and for said county do hereby certify that the within instrument of writing was received for record and recorded in the record of Deeds of said county at (Stamp for Multnomah County, Jan 11, 1911) In Book 526 On Page 92. State of Oregon, County of Multnomah} SS. Be it remembered, That on this 9th day of January A. D. 1911, before me, the undersigned, a Notary Public in and for said County and State, personally appeared the within named Thomas Grinder who is known to me to be the identical person described in and who executed the within instrument, and acknowledged to me that he executed the same freely and voluntarily. In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and national seal the day and year last above written. D. M. Roberta, Notary Public for Oregon.
Know all men by these presents, That Thomas Grinder (A widower) of Gresham, State of Oregon, in consideration of Ten ($10.00) Dollars, to him and paid by G. W. Kenney of Gresham, State of Oregon have bargained and sold and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto said G. W. Kenney his heirs and assigns, all the following bounded and described real property, situated in the County of Multnomah and State of Oregon: All of Lot Three and the East One Half of Lot Two in Block in Block Three of Gresham in Multnomah County, Oregon, In section Ten (10) Township One South Rauge Three East or W. M. Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenance thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and also all my estate, right, title and interest in and to the same, including dower and claim of dower.
To have and to hold the above described and granted premises unto the said G. W. Kenney his heirs and assigns forever. And Thomas Grinder grantors above named do covenant to and with G. W. Kenney the above named grantee his heirs and assigns that I am lawfully seized in fee simple of the above granted premises, that the above granted premises are free from all encumbrances and that I will and my heirs, executors and administrators, shall warrant and forever defend the above granted premises, and every part and parcel thereof, against the lawful claims and demands of all persons whomsoever.
