Frank B. Perry and Sons of Newton, Mass. made the "Radio Blinker Signal Set," patented in 1917.
Made under contract for the U.S. Army Air Service, presumably for training soldiers for Morse code radio and telegraph service in World War I.
The trainee operated the key set on top of the wooden box chassis, signalling with a buzzer and/or light in a metal housing. Believed to be one of very few practice sets intended specifically for training in the new art of wireless.
