Description

Wilma Van Maiden's Chester School 'Letter.' The reverse shows the fabric patch in the shape of a stylized letter, overlaid with blue stitching, where various handwritten annotations are visible, such as "CHS" and "Wilma Van Maiden," and a manufacturer's label lisitng materials like felt, leather, chenille, and wool, with a percentage noted as 100% wool, all set against a black background which contrasts with the textured fabric and intricate blue thread stitching.
