A framed Village of Chester Map, Plate 20 taken from an Atlas of Orange County, N.Y. (Phila: A. H. Mueller & Co., 1903) Shows C. G. Baldwin as proprietor of the Howland House. Mr. Baldwin was the Howland House proprietor from 1900 to 1903. 31 1/2 by 201/4 inches in a 38 by 26 inch wood frame. Scale 300 ft = 1 inch.
