Front: Under the caption "Baby Show" are six illustrations of babies from the shoulder up. Starting from the bottom left is a round face caucasian boy with a small patch of hair on his head. Then there is an Asian boy with ears sticking out, squinty eyes and a bald forehead. Above him is an African American boy with curly textured hair and chubby cheeks. Then there is another boy with straight hair parted down the middle and beneath him is a girl with a frilly collar dress and chin length hair. In the center is a girl with layered wavy hair push backed by an hairband with a star.
