Front: In this tradecard, illustrated is a scene from a Chinese laundry. A man on the right is wearing a white shirt and blue pants, has his long queue trapped on the wheel of an old-fashioned washing machine which purpose is to squeeze dry clothes. The man is clutching his head in pain and has dropped his iron. Another man who is sitting on a chair, is reading a book while he cranks the wheel of the drying apparatus, oblivious that his friend's hair is caught in the machine.
