Description

Multilayered detachable light blue tulle bustle. The bustle is comprised of four layers: a plain blue tulle piece on top, followed by a sparkly speckled blue layer, and two shorter layers of thin blue chiffon beneath. Front: There are streams of white ostrich (?) feathers running down the left and right sides of the garment. Sewn onto the waistband are small beaded loops, sequins, teardrop pearls, and a blue glass bead. At the middle of the waist is a hook/eye closure. Back: Sewn along the inner waistband is a row of snap buttons (for bodice attachment) and two loops. Part of an ensemble with headpiece, bodice, and bottoms, worn by Jade Ling while performing at Forbidden city Nite Club.
