Front: At the top of the tradecard is a picture of a flying stork holding a bag, then the following "The Stork May Bring You 4 Chinese Babies" is seen below it. Four pictures, two of which are boys with the names Ching Chow and Pigtailee and the other two are girls, Ooolong and Shirtailcleanee. At the bottom of the tradecard is the following footnote:
