Cloth cutting machine, made by Eastman, in Buffalo, New York. It was patented between January 19, 1909 and January 15, 1918. This one is rare, in that it has a lightbulb attachment. Patent #14181. 110 Volts. 60 Cycles. 3 Amps. Two fabric covered electrical cords come with it.
