1922-1923 Flood, Arch Bridge viewed from West Linn toward Oregon City Elevator.
The old Chase house, before the family moved into the house silhouetted on the hill, stands to the right of the bridge at 7th and Water Street. The house supposedly built by James Chase was later remodeled into apartments. R.L. Holman contracted Charles Surfus to demo the house (JAH 03/2024)
