Description
Early limestone and phosphate field demonstration on August Jaeger Farm. This is one of the earliest lime/phosphate demonstrations conducted in Clackamas County. Fertilizer and lime tests are carefully harvested and weighed. The yield without fertilizer was 2,440 lbs. air dry hay per acre. The yield with limesonte and superphosphate was 5,010 lbs.
