Mertie Stevens' Guest House III, 607 Washington St., Oregon City. The two houses to the left of the "Guest House," the small home at 603 Washington, and the larger one at 519 6th Street remain standing as of 2022. The white house down the alley and across the road has been removed and the land now serves as a parking lot. (JAH 11/2022)
