Luncheon menu for the Wentworth Place, a restaurant in Sandwich, New Hampshire located in a historic house built by a Wentworth descendant. The menu is folded within a larger outer leaf that features a drawing of the building, as well as Wentworth family history and the history of the structure itself. Both pieces folded and held together by a gold-tone cord.Context
After the American Revolution, the Wentworth family moved north, and settled in Sandwich, where they built the house that would then become the Wentworth Place restaurant. The structure was bult some time in the mid-19th century. and passed down to two more generations of Wentworth descendants.Name/Title
