General Notes
Note
The Mattills were among the first handful of Conantum residents. Their annual Christmas card from 1951 depicts a Conantum map with a red star indicating their house. They lived on Heaths Bridge Road for 52 years. John divided his time between M.I.T. and an original plot in the community garden, while Anne was involved in a number of neighborhood organizations. More broadly in Concord she was recognized for her decades as the designer of the Toy Shop window displays and the monthly Children's Room murals at the Concord Library.
