Horizon House - Graham BrindleDescription
Architectural Design for a single family residence on a dramatic property between the ocean and a busy roadway.
A single family residence on a dramatic property between the ocean and a busy roadway. The primary spaces are all laid out side by side to maximize water views. While the support spaces are packed along the north side of the house to create a buffer from road. This creates two distinct spatial experiences within the house - the compressive spaces in the support bar, and the tall brightly lit primary spaces facing the ocean. An interstitial zone between these two bars forms a series of intimate home offices, reading corners, and breakfast nooks.Type of Drawing
