Description

Fog shrouded overlapping island ledges dotting the bays and inlets of the New England coast. As a watercolorist, Katie used masterful brush strokes to paint the New England landscape from Concord to Cape Ann; Maine - especially Monhegan; and Nova Scotia. She taught art and design in multiple media at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School. Her work has been exhibited throughout New England. One of six paintings by Katie Barton that she chose to include in 2000 Bank of Boston exhibit.
