As a watercolorist, Katie used masterful brush strokes to paint the New England landscape from Concord to Cape Ann; Maine - especially Monhegan; and Nova Scotia. For many years she taught art and design in many media at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School. One of six paintings by Katie Barton that she chose to include in 2000 Bank of Boston exhibit.
