Redtailed Hawks Over Concord's Three Rivers - Jeannie Abbott
Description
Theme image for Musketaquid Arts & Environment.
Annual theme chosen to inspire the activities of Musketaquid. Those chosen by the group to [cover] annual celebration of Earth Day, including art exhibit, earth floats, classes and workshops. Celebrate the three rivers and their confluence at Egg Rock. Hawks give perspective. The bridge is a key element, orienting the picture to the place where viewers gathered for the Earth Day celebrations. I worked for many years for Musketaquid Arts and Environment and I was one of the contributing artists there. Check their website for additional images.

I am here because of Barbara Powell, who found me a place here after a fire destroyed where I used to live. Previously I had lived in Concord for over forty years.
