One of the bald eagles nesting on Fairhaven Bay as it flew down the Sudbury River in search of dinner. I spotted this eagle from my office window, flying north down the Sudbury River. I ran for my camera and then outside just as it reversed direction and flew back towards Fairhaven Bay. For decades, I have tried to capture an image that conveys the majesty of these birds, and I feel I finally achieved that goal with this photograph.
