Hamilton, Treas. / Auditors / J.C. Gardiner, James E. Hall". The title is enclosed in a rectangular border. The interior pages list the expenditures and receipts for Collingwood Township for the year 1935 in typewritten columns. Typewritten on the back cover is "Review-Herald Press / Thornbury and Clarksburg".
