Pink coloured, soft cover 18-page booklet fastened together with two staples. The title printed on the front of the booklet states "Auditors' Statement /' In Detail of / Receipts and / Expenditure... / Of The / Township of Collingwood / For The Year Ending / December 31, 1894". The title and printing company are encased in a linear rectangular border. The interior pages list in typewritten columns the receipts and expenditures for the Township of Collingwood during 1894 and include a special report on the expenditures and receipts of the Thornbury Wharf.
