A portrait or landscape-oriented photographic postcard printed on standard stock paper.
A black-and-white photographic postcard depicting the Brad-I-Brin Motel and cabin complex located in Craigleith. The image serves as a visual record of mid-century hospitality and tourism infrastructure along the Georgian Bay shoreline in the Collingwood Township (now the Town of The Blue Mountains).
Main Motel Structure (Left): Features a white, single-storey motel building. The facade includes three windows fitted with pitched fabric awnings, each emblazoned with the capital letter "B". Flanking the main entrance door are two matching planters containing small cedar trees, with a third identical cedar planter positioned at the right-hand corner of the building. To the left of the doorway, a small sign featuring dark cursive text on a white background is mounted inside a black metal frame, reading "gifts".
Landscape & Cabins (Right): To the right of the main building is a dense grove of mature trees, through which the waters of Georgian Bay are visible. Positioned further to the right, adjacent to the trees, is a cluster of small, white tourist cabins.
Inscriptions (Recto): Printed text identifying the location is positioned in the upper-right corner of the image field.
Inscriptions & Markings (Verso): The reverse side features a handwritten pencil inscription in the upper-left margin reading: "27G20 // 3 75". The pre-printed correspondence and address sections remain otherwise blank and unused.Postcard Details
