Cream-coloured, soft cover, 8-page paper booklet, fastened with a single staple. Myles. / Reeve: Ivan Brown / Clerk: Geo. H. Boone". The title is printed within black rectangular border. A typewritten list of receipts and expenditures is recorded from page 2 through to page 8 (front and back).
