Pink-coloured, soft cover 16-page booklet fastened together with two staples. The title on the front cover states "The Financial Statement / From January 1, 1934, to November 3, / 1934 / of the Township of Collingwood / E. Brown, Reeve / Chas. Pye, Treas.". The title is contained within a double linear rectangular border. The receipts and expenditures for Collingwood Township during the year of 1934 are typewritten in columns on the interior pages. Printed on the back cover of the booklet is "Review-Herald Print."
