Blue-coloured soft cover 15-page booklet fastened together with two staples. The title, enclosed in a linear rectangular border on the front cover states " The Financial / Statement / of Receipts and Payments of the / Township of / Collingwood / From January 1st, 1939, to November 15th, / 1939 / Ross R. Bowser, Reeve / J. Norman Knuff, Deputy-Reeve / Bruce Hamilton / Clerk and Treasurer". There are two names handwritten in pencil along the top of the front cover. The receipts and expenditures for Collingwood Township during 1939 are listed in typewritten columns on the interior pages.
