The title, enclosed in a linear rectangular pattern on the front cover states " The / Financial Statement / of the Receipts and Payments of the / Township of / Collingwood / From January 1st. to November 13th. / 1943 / J. Norman Knuff, Reeve. / F. Dinsmore, Deputy-Reeve. / Bruce Hamilton, Clerk and Treasurer." The receipts and expenditures for Collingwood Township during 1943 are listed in typewritten columns on the interior pages. Black and white photographs of Reeve J.N. Knuff, Dep.-Reeve F. Dinsmore, and Clerk Bruce Hamilton are printed on the back cover of the booklet.
