Picture postcard, decorated with a black and white photograph showing three people standing in front of the Thornbury train station, looking east along the tracks with the Niagara Escarpment visible in the background. A freight shed and a trail car with the numbers "25835" visible on its front are visible behind the station. Printed in white at the bottom of the image reads " G.T.R Depot, Thornbury ONT". A typed paper label is affixed to the reverse side that reads "Thornbury's Railway Station, looking toward the mountain, in about 1909, owned then by the Grand Trunk Railway. The freight sheds can be seen in the background. - Courtesy R. Keast". Written in blue ink above the label reads "Keast".
