A commemorative programme listing the members and officers of various branches of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows (IOOF) for the years 1984–1985. The programme features dedicated pages for many of the officers, each including a photograph alongside personal selections of mottos, songs, and hymns.
The programme cover features a detailed, multi-colored emblem at the top:
