Top fold note card featuring the "Night train to Craigleith" from an original print by Harold K. MacDonald.
Inside fold contains handwritten note by artist, Harold K. MacDonald, to unknown recipient, possibly "Dulcie". Note touches on completion of the Night Train sketch, and artist's wish to create a version in oils. Renovations to the Craigleith Community Centre are also referenced and MacDonald indicates his interest in attending an open house upon completion of renovations.
MacDonald appears to be writing on behalf of the Blue Mountain School of Landscape Painting (BMSLP), the Blue Mountain Foundation for the Arts (BMFA), and his wife, Beth.
