A grey, stone (possibly marble) memorial tablet is for Alban P. Hamwood. The tablet is rectangle shaped and is a thin piece of stone. The surface is smooth and the edges are slightly rounded. Four small holes are drilled into each of the four corners to hang the tablet. The front of the tablet has ten lines of text etched into the front, spanning the top to the bottom, and also flowers on a vine etched into each corner.
