A receipt for the Beaver Valley Creamery. The receipt has red printing along the top that reads “Beaver Valley Creamery J.R. Hewson and Son.” The line below reads “No. 10 Clarksburg Ontario Feb 6th, 1928.” Below that is a table with several categories printed, reading from left to right “date cream, eggs, fowl: LBS. Doz, Grade, Test, B. Far, Price, Amount.” The only category filled out is cream written under “LBS. Doz is 38, Grad MT, Test 26, B. Fat 5.0, Price 44, Amount 6.60/15=6.75.” Below the table is "Pay to with G. Saul printed below that is “amount” then a blank line, and in the bottom left-hand corner is keep this copy.” Nothing has been written on the back of the receipt. The receipt is in poor condition, with the right-hand side along the fold ripped. There are several other fold marks in the paper, there's a small rip on the right bottom corner and a small rip on the top left corner.Dimensions
