Oil painting on canvas, in a brass-coloured frame. The painting depicts the Ski Barn at Blue Mountain Resort in the spring or late fall. The barn is white, with a red roof and a smaller building visible on the right. The ground is partially green and partially brown, and the trees have lost their leaves. Georgian bay is visible in the background. Signed in the bottom right corner as "Ernest Taylor, May 56". The reverse side is backed with heritage board and a black Tyvek paper.
