Scope and Content

A white envelope with a stencilled address to "MR R.C. FERGUSON THORNBURY. ONT." in black ink. Stamped in purple ink at the upper left corner is "SPRAY SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE BARRIE, ONT." A third stamp, in black ink, says "BARRIE ONTARIO / JUN 3 730 PM 1943" which is encompassed in a circle. A green one-cent postage stamp is printed on the upper right corner.
