A booklet that contains the speech, "The Strength and Threat of Japan", given by Ralph Carney. This speech was given to the Empire Club of Canada at a meeting or conference held at the Royal York Hotel in Toronto.
Physical Characteristics: This booklet is made of four thick pieces of yellow paper, folded in half, and held together by two staples. The text is printed in dark brown or black ink. The front cover has the title, "The Strength and Threat of Japan", printed in large, bold text. In the center of the cover is a maple leaf graphic, with the words, "The Empire Club of Canada", printed below in the same text as the title. At the bottom of the front cover are four lines of text:
