A copy of the Thornbury-Clarksburg Rotary Club newsletter that was sent to Reg Ferguson. The letterhead is done in navy and features the Rotary International logo. Flanking this logo are the phrases "HE PROFITS MOST WHO SERVES BEST" and "WE MEET THURSDAYS AT 6:30 P.M." In the opening remarks, the nomination of Claude Running as the Rotary's 152 District Governorship is mentioned. A summation of the last meeting follows this, as well as a brief agenda of the next meeting. A write up of Shut/In's Day is next, with the final heading reading "The Passing Show". The closing remarks are "See you 100% attendance, Thursday, 6.30. / Happy". Happy, as referenced on the back, refers to C.M. Hartman, who most likely wrote the letter.
On the reverse side, handwritten is "Reg Ferguson" in blue pencil and "THORNBURY, ONT." is stamped below this in green. A green one-cent stamp sealed the newsletter just above Ferguson's name. A list of the members of the Rotary Club are listed on the back.
