Cream-coloured paper poster advertising the Township of Collingwood's annual meeting on Friday November 21, 1941. Type written in black ink the poster reads "The Municipality of the / Township of Collingwood / Annual Meeting / Of the Electors of / Collingwood Twp. / For the puropse [sic] of receiving the Treasurer's / Financial Statement, as provided by Section 6 of / the Local Government Extension Act, will be held at / The Township Hall / Ravenna / Fri. Nov. 21, 1941 / At the hour of One O'clock p.m. / Bruce Hamilton, Clerk & Treasurer. / The Electors of the Police Village of Clarksburg will meet in / the Community Hall, Friday , November 21st, 1941, at 7.00 o'clock p.m."
