Yellow-coloured soft cover, 28-page paper booklet, fastened together with two staples. The type-written title in black ink states "Voters' List / For the Year / 1955 / of the municipality of the / Town of Thornbury". The title and statements by the Town Clerk Mel. M. Burke are encased in a black rectangular border on the first page of the booklet. Resident's name, occupation, address and qualification are listed by polling sub-divisions on pages 1 through 28.
