Description

Brown-coloured, soft covered, 88-page paper booklet fastened together with two staples. The type-written title, in black ink, on the front cover states "Voters' List / of the municipality of the / Township of / Collingwood / County Of Grey / For the Year / 1948". The title and accompanying posting legislation are encased in a black rectangular border on the front cover of the booklet. Residents names, addresses, and qualifications are listed in typewritten columns on the interior pages. A statement by the Town Clerk, Robert J. Heslip, is typewritten, in black ink, on the back cover.
