Rusted steel shovel head with a wooden T handle made by Ames circa 1942. Affixed with black zip ties to the back wall of mining case in conjunction with 2025.8.26, which overlays this piece.
Further information relating to wear & damage on the reverse side will have to be done when the object is removed but the visible engraving above the shovel head is enough to give a date/manufacturing information.Location
