A 3/8" (.9 cm) thick slice of Agate from NM. The piece has Onyx and Calcite mixture in a thick casing surrounding Agate in Pink and White fortification bands in center. Midmost mineral is Quartz in a pale Amethyst tone. Delmar Smith says, "A specimen like this is rare because of the Agate being in the middle. The shape is rectangular with the exception of one corner that is extended.Dimensions
