Description: An agate limbcast from Hampton Butte, near Brothers, Oregon (Central Oregon). Polished side shows two large and two small areas where wood (in brown) is still present. Agate filler in "mosaic" design composts the rest of the piece in shades of white and grey to blue-grey. Along one edge is a white material that speckles the agate. In one area of the grey agate, fortification lines can be seen.
