Description

Donor: Delmar Smith Condition: Good Dimensions: 9 x 13¼" (22.8 x 33.7 cm) Marking Location: On Specimen Description: A large mass of a mixture of different agate with calcite and gypsun. Mass formed as a result of lava that boiled up and hardened. Piece if from New Mexico. Colors: three areas of quartz in white, yellow, grey, and black showing "moss", a red line runs in swirled pattern through middle of specimen, lower area shows brownish-red material mixed with yellow and blue, rest of rock is in various shades of yellow, orange, red, blues, greys, and black. Piece came from same area as 78.59.162 Notes: G.S. 2019
