Donor: Delmar Smith Condition: Good Dimensions: (10 x 12 cm) 4 x 4¾" Marking Location: Rough Side Description: One piece of Agate, cut and polished. A pseudomorph after barite (sulphaye of barium) pseudomorph means original mineral replaced by substitution or chemical alteration to form another. This piece of barite was formed in ancient seas and then replaced by Agate. Found in Utah Notes: Misidentified. Thunder egg. Local unknown matrix material eroded away.
